Situated one block from the ocean, the owners downsized to this condominium. The focus was to maximize storage and implement light colors and comfortable elegance. Clever storage solutions that were implemented are banquet hidden drawers, master bedroom built-ins, and living room base cabinets concealing a TV lift system. The kitchen and bathrooms were gutted to make way for beautiful marble and porcelain tiles in subtle patterns. A monochromatic color palette of textured raffia and coastal references delivers a visible softness.
